Theobalds Park

Theobalds through the Centuries
20th January 2005

The Heyday of Theobalds is to be re-created in a forthcoming production.

Computer generated images will be keyed with High Definition video to re-create the Royal Palace which stood in Cedars Park, and the original mansion house built by George Prescott in 1763.

The programme will tell the story of the Theobalds through the Centuries, including the flambouyant Lady Meux who lived at Theobalds Park and had Temple Bar built as her front gate in 1889.

You can follow the making of the programme on the dedicated website: www.theobalds.info
